CLASS REGISTRATION, WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS

 

Payment in full is required at the time of registration. If the class is full we will put you on a contact list for the next scheduled class.

 

Notice of withdrawal must be made two weeks in advance. There is no penalty to transfer to the next scheduled class. A 50% refund can be issued at this time if that is your preference. There are no refunds for notice given less than two weeks before the class though transfers may be made up to one week in advance. There are no refunds for no shows.

CANCELLATIONS

 

Class Minimum: If a workshop participant minimum is not reached, students will have the choice of being issued a refund or using their credit towards another workshop.

Any classes that have to be cancelled due to weather conditions or other unforeseeable circumstances will be rescheduled and all payments honored. With all deference to mother nature, cancellations will happen 48-24 hours prior the scheduled date by telephone.

 

In the event of instructor emergency PRAXIS will ensure a professional and qualified replacement.

 

LIABILITY

 

PRAXIS is not liable for injury or accident resulting from participation in our programs. It is the participant’s responsibility to obtain information about any risks involved. Registration in a workshop verifies release of liability of PRAXIS and their instructors.

PRAXIS staff and affiliate instructors are not responsible for any damage or theft of personal belongings, photography or computer equipment.
