FIELD ASSIGNMENT | HANDS ON ASSIGNMENT | VIRTUAL WORKSHOP
Are you looking for a fun, creative, interactive art project to do this winter?
Field Assignments is a workshop that challenges you to create art within the parameters of a topical field assignment. We assign you a topic at our first online class. We then send you a Lomographic camera. We ask you to get creative photographing the assignment. And then send back the camera. We develop the camera; send you scanned negatives and have a group critique (easy going chat). In this chat we will discuss individuals’ processes in taking a theme and capturing images inspired by the theme. At the conclusion of the online portion of the workshop we decide as a group which image from each participant will go on to do a popup exhibition at Praxis.
